IT Support Administrator I

Affirm is hiring an IT Support Administrator I to support its New York City office and technology infrastructure. In this role, you'll provide both on-site and remote technical support to employees, manage end-user devices and enterprise applications, and help maintain the security and compliance posture of the company's IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support for end-users in the NYC office
• Enforce IT compliance policies and educate users on policy obligations
• Maintain Zoom Rooms and audiovisual hardware in conference spaces
• Monitor systems for security threats and malware
• Support local network infrastructure in the office environment
• Maintain enterprise systems, including servers and desktops

Requirements

• Experience administering and supporting macOS
• Experience managing ticketing systems
• Experience administering SaaS technologies
• Experience with provisioning and deprovisioning user machines and accounts
• Experience with endpoint security tools including disk encryption, OS firewalls, and device lockdown
• Experience with email security tools for signed and encrypted communication
• Experience managing mobile device management technologies
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS, Windows, network devices, and printers
