About the job

The Conversational Agents Organization at Twilio is building the bridge between AI agents and the Twilio platform. We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Agent Implementations team. This role will lead the team responsible for building and operating best in class agents that power Twilio’s own business workflows. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead the engineering strategy and execution for enabling customer AI agents to securely and reliably consume Twilio platform capabilities.
• Build and scale systems that power AI agents for Twilio’s internal business operations, improving efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate across product, platform, security, and go-to-market teams to identify high-impact AI agent use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.
