Youll take on a highly influential role shaping vision and execution across key strategic initiatives Youll partner with cross-functional leaders, contribute to high-impact decisions, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and mentor others on the team

This role is based in our Bellevue, WA, with in-person attendance expected at least five days per week.

• What youll do Manage debt funding operations. Prepare legal documentation, monthly reporting on metrics, and working with partner banks/investors for deal compliance. Manage customer account movement operations including moving account receivables from the issuing bank to our Master Trust structure.
• Work with engineering teams to build out a smooth process for managing customer account movement operations and streamline the payment activity associated with this transition. Build out daily settlement with key stakeholders including working on building out a more efficient daily settlement procedure. Own portfolio reporting and covenant management. Provide updates on key triggers for deals, and overall portfolio performance. As
