FinTech is one of the most complex and rapidly evolving spaces in technology, and the challenges were tackling require deep innovation, critical thinking, and scale that dont always have strong precedents.

Youll take on a highly influential role shaping vision and execution across key strategic initiatives Youll partner with cross-functional leaders, contribute to high-impact decisions, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and mentor others on the team

This is a role for someone who leverages modern tools and cutting-edge methodologies as a core part of how they solve problems, and raises the bar for everyone around them.

This role is based in our New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least five days per week.

What youll do Supporting and program manage cross-cutting, months-long operational improvement projects that will increase business efficiency and reduce risk Gathering and organizing information about the problems to be solved or the procedures to be improved

Making recommendations to management through presentations or written reports Interviewing personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed

Managing cross-functional processes with leaders and executives across the company to ensure key decisions, major projects, and business outcomes are successful Partnering closely with Internal Communications, Finance, Learning & Development, and other Busi
