The Early Career & Emerging Talent (ECET) team sits at the center of this work, focused specifically on interns and apprentices across every global region We support all Airbnb teams interested in engaging junior talent as a way to fuel impactful projects and build a pipeline for future roles — touching every aspect of the experience, from university and community partnerships to hiring manager advising, onboarding, and program design.

The Difference Youll Make

This is a hybrid role with an intentional split: approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to full-cycle recruiting, and 30% to intern and apprentice program support.

On the recruiting side, you will own intern and apprentice roles across both technical and non-technical functions — including Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Communications, Public Policy, and Legal

The roles are a mix of undergraduate and graduate-level (MBA, JD, PhD) students Youll also support international programs as needed, working alongside team members in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
