What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute a cohesive Search Personalization strategy and roadmap in close partnership with, Product, Engineering, Design and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Incorporate innovative new Search Personalization features into our models that tap into the unique user intent on Pinterest. You’ll create products that help users find inspiration, browse products and ultimately find the item they want to buy.
• Investigate and hypothesize opportunities to improve the relevance of search results on Pinterest.
• Partner closely with a wide range of disciplines including engineering, data science, design, research, marketing, legal, strategy, and other product managers to define, measure, and drive execution.</
