About the Department

The Global Customer Services (GCS) team is the heartbeat of Cloudflare’s post-sales ecosystem. While our Customer Support engineers handle the "break-fix," GCE (Customer Engineering and Professional Services) owns the customer journey.

About the Role

The AI Innovation Intern will support the Professional Services team by assisting with foundational developer platform tasks and contributing to projects that enables the commercial practice to develop strategies and solutions for deeper market penetration

This role provides hands-on exposure to Cloudflare’s developer ecosystem while working alongside the Global Professional Services Commercial leadership to deliver customer outcomes and strategies.Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with Cloudflare’s developer platform, exposure to how Professional Services and Customer Success teams deliver sales and commercial outc
