We’re looking for a solutions-oriented team player to join our Commercial Legal team as a Commercial Counsel, where you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support our global sales organization and report directly to the Global Head of Commercial Legal .

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays

What you’ll achieve

Partner closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders—including Finance, Deal Desk, Privacy, and Security—to support high-velocity deal cycles in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Japan regions .

Draft, negotiate, and advise on outbound commercial agreements and strategic partnership agreements with enterprise customers, including SaaS agreements and related agreements such as DPAs, BAAs, Product-Specific Terms, and AI terms .
