We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Ads TPM team within the Tech PMO (Technical Program Management Office), supporting the Ads Product & Engineering organization. As a TPM, you will lead your team in driving cross-functional initiatives that span multiple technical teams.

In this role

, you’ll own and drive technical programs in the Ads Monetization engineering space, many of which will require you to work cross-functionally across multiple engineering teams at Reddit. You’ll partner with engineering leaders across the company to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs and risks related to the programs you own.
