
Reddit is looking for a dynamic leader to scale our Technical Solutions team supporting Signals & Commerce. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, the team owns the technical foundation behind campaign delivery, ads measurement, signal quality, commerce enablement, issue resolution, and product feedback loops. Their work helps advertisers implement and improve Reddit’s performance products while ensuring reliable technical foundations and strong business outcomes.
As Manager, Technical Solutions, you’ll lead the Signals & Commerce team within Technical Solutions. You will be accountable for people leadership and execution across strategic customer engagements, reactive technical support, and product excellence. You will also serve as a hands-on technical leader and trusted subject matter expert in ads signals and measurement—especially Reddit Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI)—setting a strong foundation for implementation quality, troubleshooting, enablement, and scalable team practices.
Please note that this role is required to work in person from our LA office 1-2 days per week.
