About the job

This position is needed to evolve our global Product Catalog platform You will lead the development of foundational data models, API syndication layers, and internal tools defining how Twilio products are packaged and launched

Working across platform engineering, finance, and operations, you will own the backend lifecycle—from NPI governance to downstream billing—driving architectural unity and accelerating time-to-market for our diverse communication and data portfolios.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll

• Define Unified Strategy & Taxonomy: Architect and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for a centralized, multi-tenant product catalog service that scales across Twilios global infrastructure. Establish the global category hierarchies, data schemas, and parent-child variations required to represent complex developer APIs and consumption-based usage units.
• Accelerate New Product Introduction (NPI): Design, standardize, and scale the end-to-end NPI launch framework. Reduce time-to-market by transforming manual commercialization workflows into automated, self-service path
