Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, QA, Product, Documentation, and UX teams) to ideate, design and implement features that drive the core authentication experience for users in the Workforce and Customer identity landscape
• Manage entire lifecycle of major features from ideation to delivery by maintaining strong emphasis on broader alignment, accurate estimations and high bar for quality and security
• Propose and align on technical strategy
• Contribute to technical designs, proposals, and architectural decisions
• Develop high-quality, maintainable software components with comprehensive unit/functional tests
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and security best practices
