About the role

Were looking for a Video & Motion Producer to own video production for Cloudflares Growth team, turning product launches, interviews, and new campaign ideas into polished, compelling content that earns the attention of a technical audience

This is a senior IC role for someone who can think strategically and creatively about video content and also do the hands-on work: editing, animating, producing, shipping.

This role spans a wide surface area: short-form social clips, product launch videos, developer tutorials, event content, motion graphics, ad creatives, and potentially long-form YouTube series

Youll need to move fast across all of it, and that means being fluent in the best AI models and video editing tools available to accelerate the gap between idea and production.

The right person for this role understands developers and new builders in the AI era. Youre fluent in the visual language of modern tech brands and developer communities, you know what type of content gets the right attention, and youre excited to shape what Cloudflare looks and sounds like in motion.
