Reddit is looking for a Staff People Integrations Engineer to own, maintain, and scale the integrations that connect Workday with Reddit’s expanding People technology ecosystem.
This role sits within the People Platform team and is responsible for ensuring critical employee, candidate, contractor, benefits, identity, and workforce data moves reliably, securely, and efficiently across Reddit’s People systems
You will own the health and evolution of our Workday integration portfolio while partnering closely with People Product Managers, P&C Operations, Analytics, Talent, Total Rewards, Fin Apps, Security, IT, and People leadership to connect new technologies and translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
