About the job

Twilio is seeking a Senior Field Enablement Partner to join our Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of GTM Specialist Enablement, you will act as a critical strategic partner to our Global Customer Services (GCS) organization as we transform our enablement model and scale the business.

, you wont just deliver training—you’ll drive performance, productivity, and revenue effectiveness. You will design, localize, and roll out high-impact enablement strategies, programs, and tools that equip GCS to be successful. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll

Act as a Strategic Consultant: Partner directly with GCS leadership to analyze qualitative and quantitative performance data, identifying skill gaps and defining key competencies to deploy targeted enablement solutions.
