The Global Business Recruiting organization at Pinterest is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead a group of skilled Recruiters and Sourcers in hiring business talent, including, but not limited to, CFO org, Legal and Business Affairs and People team requisitions

, you’ll be the main point of contact for all levels of hiring managers, Executives, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional partners, as you lead your team to hire high volumes of corporate professionals and supporting functions. Youll use data, creativity, and strong partnerships to create targeted recruiting strategies and partner with cross functional leaders to build high performing teams that embody Pinterests values and innovative culture. Youll be an internal and external representative of our values and culture.

What you’ll do

• Directly manage recruiting strategy and execution for the Legal & Business Affairs, CFO and People orgs, including planning, req distribution, building and executing strategy, and advising leaders on recruiting for their orgs.
