Benefits Manager, NAMER

We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic team player to join as a Benefits Manager on Asana’s People Team .

In this role

, you will design and scale foundational benefits programs that drive consistency, well-being, and equity across our North America organization . You will own key offerings, including health & welfare benefits, wellness, and retirement, ensuring every Asana has access to comprehensive, competi tive support . The People Team at Asana works to enable all Asanas to achieve our goals as a company in a way that is consistent with our values . This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays
