About the job

This position will be responsible for unlocking exceptional growth for Twilio’s customers and business.

We are seeking a high-achieving individual to join Twilio’s Strategy & Operations team within the Industry Relations & Strategic Growth organization In this high-visibility role, you will use data analysis, scripting, and agentic workflows to improve product quality, fight fraud, reduce billing errors, and optimize gross margins for our global telecommunications network

You will build root-cause-analysis tools and automations that query complex datasets, uncover trends, drive human decisions, and allow business partners to self-serve data insights

To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with Carrier Relations to define business requirements, engage with Enterprise Technology and Engineering to build data pipelines and governance, and partner with Product, Supply Operations, and Finance to deliver scalable data products

You will handle manual data analytics workflows of today while re-imagining and rapidly prototyping agentic workflows for tomorrow.
