Pinterest’s Small & Medium Business team supports advertisers to help them reach their marketing goals. We’re looking for an experienced sales leader to lead an Agency Scaled segment for our EMEA SMB Account Management organization to achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas, retention, and Average Revenue per Advertiser (ARPA) growth. The SMB Lead Industry Manager will evolve sales programs and build processes that will impact thousands of SMB agencies across all of EMEA. Success in this position requires strong ability to lead and inspire a team, sales and analytical skills to make data driven decisions, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a highly dynamic team environment.

What you’ll do:

• Own revenue acceleration and sustained growth on key SMB accounts.
• Lead advanced deal management across a scaled book supporting your teams from pipeline development to negotiation and closing, ensuring effective partnership outcomes and win rates.
• Using previous account management and sales experience embed a strong commercial and sales focus in day-to-day execution, inspiring the team to create, advance, and win commercial opportunities while building sustainable client results.
• Manage the day-to-day vendor operations for a scaled Agency segment of our European SMB Account Management function to drive revenue growth of Europe’s Small and Medium size businesses on the Pinterest platform. This includes developing/standardizing operational systems to allow sellers to operate at a high level
