The Cashiering team’s mission is to ensure accurate, timely movement of funds across customer brokerage and retirement accounts while delivering a compliant, high-quality client experience

As a Cashiering Specialist, you will manage high-volume cashiering workflows—primarily reviewing check deposits, but also ACH, wire, and other brokerage transactions—serving as a key operational link between advisors, clients, custodians, and internal partners.

, you will execute transactions with high accuracy and efficiency while adhering to strict regulatory requirements. You will collaborate daily with advisors and internal operations teams to resolve inquiries and transaction discrepancies. Your work directly impacts the customer experience by ensuring that fund movements are completed seamlessly. This role provides an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge of financial markets and back-office operations!

This role is based in our Clearwater, FL office(s), with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week during the 6-month onboarding period. After onboarding, in-person attendance is expected at least 3 days a week.
