Role summary

We are seeking a People Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong emphasis on process automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable service delivery. Partnering closely with People Operations Manager, Specialists and cross-functional teams, you will execute core administrative tasks while actively identifying, testing, and implementing efficiency gains to reduce manual effort and improve data quality across the team.

What this role will do

Core Operations & Service Delivery

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding, ensuring a positive experience for employees throughout the APJC region.
• Maintain high data accuracy across HR systems, complete transactions with strict attention to detail, and escalate complex exceptions appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the regions to ensure consistent and timely execution of HR processes.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify repetitive, manual tasks across People Operations workflows and leverage AI tools, automation, and templates to improve turnaround times.
