Join the team as Twilio’s next Software Engineer (L2) - for Voice Trust: helping ensure Twilio’s Voice customers have reliable voice communication with their customers that ensure their customers will answer their calls.

About the job

This position is needed to add to our Voice Connectivity Trust team to enable Twilio to better support our customers using Voice in their solutions As a Software Engineer on this team you will participate in all phases of the software development life cycle which includes requirements gathering with Product Managers, technical design, estimations, sprint planning, coding, testing, deployments and on-call support

This engineer will own, operate and maintain their teams’ services in a distributed production environment, employing Agile methodologies to continuously deliver value to customers.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll

Be an owner: Design and implement real-time services with high throughput and low latency requirements, verify, deploy and operationalize them Wear the customers shoes: Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and, devise and deliver, simple, robust and scalable solutions
