Client Manager (Singapore)

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Manager based in Singapore to support our growing customer base in the region. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and retention of the Modern Health platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned client accounts, serving as their key point of contact for support, strategy, and escalations
• Oversee client onboarding and implementation to ensure successful platform deployment
• Drive adoption and engagement of Modern Health solutions within client organizations
• Identify expansion opportunities and work with clients on additional use cases and features
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic guidance on mental health benefits optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, clinical, and support teams to address client needs
• Monitor client health metrics and proactively address retention risks

Requirements

• Proven experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles
• Strong understanding of benefits programs, HR technology, or employee wellness solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience presenting to executive and HR leadership
• Based in Singapore or willing to work Singapore hours
• Fluency in English required
