What you’ll do

The Implementation Consultant I role on the Commercial team supports our small to mid-sized customers through their onboarding journey, helping them get up and running on Brex with guidance and structured support

As an initiator on the team, you’ll develop your product knowledge, sharpen your project management skills, and build the foundation for a career in implementation consulting.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our Salt Lake City office We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home

We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

Organize and facilitate customer meetings by managing agendas, capturing notes, tracking action items, and setting clear expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
