Client Manager

About the Role

This Client Manager position is based remotely in Costa Rica or Mexico. You will serve as a key point of contact for our employer clients, managing relationships and ensuring successful platform adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned employer clients
• Ensure client success through proactive engagement and support
• Drive platform adoption and utilization across client organizations
• Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
• Manage renewal cycles and identify expansion opportunities
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding performance, updates, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency a plus
