An Overview Of This Role

Talent Acquisition at GitLab is evolving and youll be at the center of it As a Senior TA Operations Specialist, you own the full technology infrastructure that powers how GitLab recruits at scale

That means everything from ATS configuration and integrations to AI agent development and automation — youre the technical authority across the entire TA tech stack.

This isnt a run the tools role. Youll architect intelligent workflows, maintain the systems recruiters depend on every day, and build the AI layer that makes those systems smarter over time. Youll serve as the lead TA AI liaison, ensuring every AI tool and agent we deploy meets our standards for security, compliance, and fairness.

What Youll Do

Systems, Tool Configuration & Infrastructure

Own the end-to-end configuration of the TA tech stack — including ATS stages, fields, picklists, scorecards, user access, and permissions Manage all tools configuration, maintenance, and core setup across the technology ecosystem Own all integrations across the TA stack — including build, monitoring
