About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack to join our engineering team and help scale our platform. You will work on mission-critical features that serve millions of users seeking mental health support, collaborating across product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, secure, and user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features across our web and backend systems
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development (frontend and backend technologies)
• Experience building scalable web applications and APIs
• Solid understanding of database design and optimization
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
