Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategy to expand Modern Health's market reach and customer base
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential business partners aligned with company goals
• Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle from initial negotiation through contract closure and ongoing account management
• Design and implement business programs that drive revenue growth and strengthen market position
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure successful partnership integration
• Track partnership performance metrics and report on program outcomes to leadership
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all partnership agreements and program activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or program management roles
• Demonstrated success identifying and closing strategic partnerships or business deals
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and business management tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience in healthcare, benefits, or SaaS industries preferred
