About the Role

As Program Manager, Product Operations, you will oversee product operations initiatives that drive operational excellence and cross-functional alignment. This remote position supports Modern Health's fast-growing product and engineering organization, ensuring smooth execution and sustainable processes as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Manage product operations workflows, processes, and systems to enable efficient product delivery
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Own key metrics, dashboards, and reporting that inform product strategy and decision-making
• Drive initiatives that improve cross-functional communication and project execution
• Support product launches and feature rollouts with operational planning and coordination
• Manage tools, workflows, and documentation to standardize product operations practices

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, program management, or related operations roles
• Strong project and process management skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams
• Experience with product management tools and data analysis platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias toward action
