The Platform Readiness team is building an internal developer tooling capability that embeds platform readiness intelligence directly into GitLabs software development lifecycle to solve this problem.

As an Intermediate Backend Engineer on the newly established Platform Readiness functional team in Developer Experience, youll contribute to the systems that enable features to ship successfully across all platforms by building and maintaining agentic workflow components and evolving the platform requirements knowledge base

This is a growth opportunity: you will learn the Platform Readiness teams agentic workflows, requirements schema, and integration surfaces from other engineers and team leadership
