The Legal team helps the company grow responsibly, advocating for Brex and for the thousands of growing businesses we serve We provide strategic advice and guidance to all Brex teams, protect Brex, advise on risk, and represent the company externally, negotiating with partners and interacting with regulators

What you’ll do

As Commercial Counsel at Brex, you will be an integral and versatile member of the Legal team and will support all aspects of the Companys commercial legal efforts

You will handle legal review and negotiation of Brex customer contracts, working closely with sales and other revenue-supporting teams to close deals efficiently while protecting the Companys interests

Youll also support vendor and partner contracting, negotiating a range of contracts that serve teams and departments across Brex You will advise on legal issues that intersect with commercial matters, and collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional partners, including deal desk, ops, procurement, privacy, security, marketing, and people

You will contribute to the development and implementation of commercial legal resources and processes, including internal policies and procedures and contracting workflows

Youll provide sound and pragmatic legal advice and take a business-oriented approach to problem solving!
