Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our San Francisco office We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home

We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

What you’ll do

As a Fraud Operations Associate, you will be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to manage the operations aspects of fraud Specifically, you will manage daily workflows related to transaction fraud, first-party fraud, and account takeovers and work towards improving the business’s ability to scale and make risk-based and customer-focused decisions.

In this role

, you will be the company expert in fraud operations and have the autonomy to drive down losses and improve internal efficiencies. You will also be critical in containing fraud losses and improving operational efficiencies by contributing to the evolution of our AI tools, thus ensuring Brex scales safely and sustainably. As Brex scales, the pressure of fraud increases as well.
