What youll do

As an Underwriting Senior Analyst, your goal is to ensure our underwriting processes run smoothly and efficiently for our cards products Youll exercise judgment within established underwriting frameworks to resolve moderately complex cases involving multiple contributing factors

This is a role that requires strong communication, time management, and teamwork You will implement solutions to uplift processes and engage cross-functionally with our Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering and Product teams to contribute to meeting organizational goals.

Where youll work

This role will be based in our Salt Lake City office We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home

We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
