Whats Available: 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) Available to regularly work scheduled hours; must be available for off-shift, weekend & holiday coverage.

What you will do

Travel in 30-mile radius to patient homes to assist with basic care for residents in the areas of nutrition, elimination, comfort, mobility and safety Works collaboratively with the health care team members to effectively communicate and document accurate information

Join a team that cares for each other as much as our organization cares for the patients and residents receiving care at St Elizabeth’s What you need: Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota Active driver’s license Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross
